ORDERS
Purchase of products

When you order a product from our website you are offering to buy it at the price stated, subject to these terms. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

The product ordered being unavailable from stock

Our inability to obtain authorization of payment

The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
Prices
​
Prices displayed on the Site are shown in South African Rand (ZAR), including VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time. Deliveries will be charged in addition to the price of the products
Delivery address
​
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered while ordering on our website. If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately: bennie@bsceramics.co.za

Order acceptance and cancellation
​
Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested by you in writing.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Quotations, Prices and Specifications

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
The Seller reserves the right, by giving notice to the Buyer at any time before delivery to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost to the Seller which is due to any factor beyond the control of the Seller (such as without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of labour materials or other costs of manufacture), any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the Goods which is requested by the Buyer, or any delay caused by any instructions of the Buyer or failure of the Buyer to give the Seller adequate information or instructions.
The Buyer shall be responsible to the Seller for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order (including any applicable specification) submitted by the Buyer, and for giving the Seller any necessary information relating to the Goods within a sufficient time to enable the Seller to perform the Contract in accordance with its terms.
The quantity, quality and description of the Goods shall be set out in the Seller’s quotation (if accepted by the Buyer) or the Buyers Order (if accepted by the Seller).
The Seller reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the Goods which are required to conform to any applicable safety or other statutory requirements or, where the Goods are to be supplied to the Seller’s specification, which do not materially affect their quality or performance.
Deposits and Order Confirmation

Payment of the 50% deposit will be deemed as acceptance of the quotation.
Payment
​
No goods will be released to the buyer or a shipping agent until the goods are paid for in full.
If the final payment is not received by the due date the buyer will be deemed to be in breach of our payment terms and notification will be given. We will hold the goods for three (3) months after which time if payment has not been made the goods may be sold to defray costs and we will retain the 50% deposit.
Cancellation

No order which has been accepted by the Seller may be cancelled by the Buyer except with the agreement in writing of the Seller and on terms that the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Seller as a result of cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery

All shipping and delivery costs are for the buyers account.

CHANGES IN PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of products, and we may discontinue products at any time without notice. All pricing for our products is subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, currency fluctuations, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances.
ADVERTISING DISCLAIMER AND TRADEMARKS
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with Product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or prices are accurate. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or Product information received from our suppliers and brands, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
